td2700 is an instrument that can be used for pulse timing, frequency counting and gps absolute clock reception. it is especially suitable for the verification and calibration of clock signals and instrument time giving. the annual accuracy of the internal time base is as high as 10 ppb. two methods can be adopted when the apparatus is used to verify the meter verification apparatus: 1. to output second pulse with accuracy up to 20 ppb. 2. to measure the frequency directly.
