overview

model th0370, an analyzer to measure resistance and dc characteristics for precision resistors. the measuring range of 4-wire ohms is from 100 μω to 12 kω, the measuring range of 2-wire ohms is from 100 ω to 1 gω. the optimal accuracy is up to ±3 ppm. the maximum output current is up to 100 a, the maximum voltage is up to 1000 v.

applied to measure following parameters: tcr, thermal emf, thermal stability time, power coefficient. in addition to this, it also can be used for following tests: short-time overload power, rated load long-term life, self-heating characteristic, thermocycling, thermo-shock, high temperature exposure, low temperature operation, resistance-to-humidity.

10.4-inch hd touch screen can display various measurement data and curves (waveforms), and makes operation convenient. connect to a computer via rs-232, usb or ip interfaces, easy to build computer automatic test system.
