overview

td1580 is an integrated apparatus applied to the verification and pattern evaluation of static meters for dc electrical energy. the accuracy of voltage/current energy is 0.01/0.02 optional, and electrical energy/power is 0.02/0.05. it is suitable for the verification, calibration and pattern evaluation of direct or indirect connected meters.

reference standards are gb/t 33708-2017 static meter for direct current energy and jjg 842-2017 verification regulation of electronic meters for measuring direct current electrical energy which tianheng participated in drafting .it is suitable for metrology institute, electric power department, manufacturers and users as the standard of dc power and electrical energy.

 verification or calibration of direct connected meters of class 0.1 and below,and a majority of pattern evaluation

 verification or calibration of indirect connected meters of class 0.1 and below,and  a majority of pattern evaluation

features

 dc voltage output is 10 mv~1150 v,dc current output is 5 μa~120 a, which is suitable for the verification of direct connected meters, indirect connected meters.

 the verification of high voltage and large current is supported, and the small voltage and current output capacity is suitable for the start-up and latent test.

 dc small signal voltage output: 10 μv~4.4v,applied to the verification of indirect connected meters(type of voltage).

 auxiliary power supply: it can provide dc 24 v or ac 220 v power supply for electrical meters (type a).

 the voltage variation time of the power supply can be set arbitrarily within 20 ms~1 min to complete the voltage sag and short-term interruption test. (reference 5.3, 5.4)

 dc voltage source is a bipolar output, dc large voltage source, current source and small signal voltage source can be superimposed on ac components, of which frequency band is 40 hz ~ 1000 hz, amplitude and phase can be adjusted to carry out dc ripple effect test.

 the workbench is equipped with 3 stations to support simultaneous verification of 3 meters.

 proprietary softwaresemi-automatic and full-automatic verification is realized, so as data management and certificate export.

 the rated output voltage of ac power source is 220v and the range is 110v~286v, the maximum load current is 30ma for each station, and the accuracy of apparent power is higher than ±0.2va, active power is higher than ±0.2w.

 each station has the capacity of independent power consumption measurement.
