td9900 automatic testing system for magnetic properties of electrical steel sheets
td9900 uses robot and automatic control technology to measure magnetic properties of electrical steel sheets.
- feeding cart: store multiple sets of coded samples to be tested. after the operator pushes into the loading station, it will automatically send a signal to start the test.
- transfer device: automatically take the whole set of samples out of the loading cart and put them into the material transfer device.
- material transfer: double belt transmission line which transfers the whole sample to be tested to the weighing station.
- laser scan code: automatically record the sample information into the database when the sample passes through the laser scanner during transmission.
- automatic weighing: the robot takes the material from the transmission line and places it on the electronic scale for weighing and transmits the data to the software.
- group positioning: the whole set of samples is divided into four groups and accurately positioned to facilitate the sampling of the robot.
- loading robot: two samples can be loaded at the same time, and the automatic loading is efficient and repeatable.
- epstein square: there are two sets of customizable square rings that can be rotated to reduce the adjustment time of the loading robot.
- unloading robot: a set of samples can be taken from the square ring at a time and placed in an automatic tape sealing device.
- automatic sealing: automatic sealing of the sample to be tested is completed by the tape sealing machine and the positioning device.
- returning cart: after the whole set of samples is sealed, it is put into the returning cart by the unloading robot. after the cart is full, the alarm prompts manual recycling.
- transparent shielding enclosure: prevents personnel from entering the test area and can observe internal test conditions outside.
- camera: a high-definition camera is mounted on the four-sided shielded enclosure for remote monitoring.
- warning light: it lights up in green when it is working normally, and it lights up red when it is abnormal (such as the sample cart is empty or the recycling cart is full).
- smart lock: when a person opens the door, the test is automatically stopped to avoid a safety accident.
- the operator only needs to feed and reclaim materials regularly. he or she doesn’t need to enter the testing area except for maintenance to make sure the safety.
